Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Processing Notice

Please allow 3–5 business days for return inspection and processing after the returned item is delivered to our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy once inspection is completed.


Non-Defective Returns 

Due to the high cost of shipping large furniture items, returns for non-defective reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer needed) are accepted under the following conditions:

  • A restocking fee of 25%–30% will be deducted from the total order amount
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • The item must be returned in original condition and packaging

This fee reflects logistics, handling, and warehousing costs associated with large-item returns.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (including outer box)
  • Proof of the issue

Do not discard the packaging or product until the claim is reviewed.

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Order Cancellation (Cooling-Off Period)

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
